2. 은혜의 말씀 (삼하 15:6,, 개역개정)
6 이스라엘 무리 중에 왕께 재판을 청하러 오는 자들마다 압살롬의 행함이 이와 같아서 이스라엘 사람의 마음을 압살롬이 훔치니라
14 다윗이 예루살렘에 함께 있는 그의 모든 신하들에게 이르되 “일어나 도망하자 그렇지 아니하면 우리 중 한 사람도 압살롬에게서 피하지 못하리라, 빨리 가자 두렵건대 가그 우리를 급히 따라와 우리를 해하고 칼날로 성읍을 칠까 하노라.”
3. 묵상 내용
압살롬이 4년 동안 이스라엘 사람의 마음을 훔칠 동안 다윗은 무엇을 했는가?
압살롬의 반역에 대한 소문에 두려워하며 도망하기에 바쁫 다윗의 모습은, 블레셋 군대를 두려워하여 스스로 제사를 드린 사울의 모습을 떠올리게 한다.
어렵고 힘든 모든 순간에 하나님의 뜻을 구하던 다윗의 모습은 사라지고, 소문에 좌우되는 모습만 보인다.
오히려 다윗보다 뱀처럼 지혜로운 압살롬이 왕위에 앉게 된다.
4. 말씀 적용
왕위에 앉은 다윗은 첫마음, 늘 하나님께 구했던 그 마음을 잃어버리고 만다.
차라리 다윗이 왕위에 앉지 않는 것이 하나님 앞에서 겸손했던 다윗의 모습을 잃지 않았을 것같다.
5. 적용 기도
사랑의 하나님 감사합니다.
주님께서 주신 축복을 감당하지 못하여 그 축복이 저주가 되고 말았습니다.
성령하나님 감당할 수 있는 축복을 주시고, 축복을 주신다면 감당할 수 있는 능력을 먼저 허락해 주세요.
예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

6 Absalom behaved in this way toward all the Israelites who came to the king asking for justice, and so he stole the hearts of the men of Israel.
14 Then David said to all his officials who were with him in Jerusalem, ‘Come! We must flee, or none of us will escape from Absalom. We must leave immediately, or he will move quickly to overtake us and bring ruin upon us and put the city to the sword.’
3. Meditation Contents
What did David do while Absalom stole the Israelites for four years?
The appearance of David, who flees in fear of the rumors of Absalom's rebellion, reminds me of Saul, who sacrificed himself in fear of the Philistine army.
The image of David, who was seeking God's will in every difficult and difficult moment, disappears and only appears to be influenced by rumors.
Rather, Absalom, who is wise like a serpent rather than David, sits on the throne.
4. Word application
David, who sits on the throne, loses his first heart, the heart he always asked of God.
It seems that David would not have lost his humble figure before God if he did not sit on the throne.
5. Apply Prayer
Thank you, God of love.
King David could not bear the blessings that the Lord gave him, and that blessing became a curse.
God the Holy Spirit give me the blessings I can bear, and if God gives me blessings, give me the ability to bear it first.
