[아시아뉴스통신=조날드 타파난 특파원] Too much chatting, shouting and giggling together with friends was believed to be bad for our health. According to an ENT specialist Dr. Archie Ramos, doing those can stress the vocal chords and eventually damage it.
He was interviewed in DZMM and there he warned people not to talk too much and specially don't push yourself to talk when you experience hoarseness of your voice because it can damage the vocal chords causing for it not to function well that could result for you to permanently loose your voice.
Too much is always dangerous, it is a reminder for all of us to keep ourselves healthy by chatting,shouting and talking moderately.
