[아시아뉴스통신=페이 기자] Malacañang said that President Rodrigo Duterte's State of the Nation Address (SONA)speech could either be delivered at the usual venue hall or virtually.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque dictates that there would only be two options for the President to deliver his SONA this coming July 27 amidst the health crisis of COVID-19. Either of the two choices, 50 percent of the membership of both the Senate and House would be allowed to attend.
However, the President can still decide if he wants to deliver his SONA via live telecast. Last month, Roque floated the possibility of having a blended style SONA, referring to a combination of having guests physically present while others opting to watch from their television sets or online.
