[Asia News = Reporter Reakkana] On February 15, TREASURE released their mini album "THE SECOND STEP: CHAPTER ONE." Aside from the popularity of the title track "JIKJIN," the group’s b-side "DARARI" started going viral on TikTok after the album’s release.
In late March, TREASURE agency YG Entertainment announced that, in response to the song’s success, "DARARI" would get a music video as well as follow-up promotions. On April 9 and 10, TREASURE officially gave the first look at their "DARARI" performance at the group’s concerts. Although the music video hasn’t been released yet, TREASURE has shared a lovely dance practice video for "DARARI" in the meantime!
Recently, TREASURE’s "THE SECOND STEP: CHAPTER ONE" earned an official triple platinum Gaon certification for selling over 750,000 copies. Choi Hyun Suk and Jihoon of TREASURE are also currently appearing in a variety show about ramen with producing director (PD) Na Young Suk.
