Juliet Milagrosa, Purok 10's leader testifies that she heard four gun shots at around 1:30 am, and after a few moments another four gun shots roared. The community members said that no one personally knows the victim but there are times that they've seen her with different men going around their community.
But before the crime happened, Saturday night, it was discovered that the victim together with a man,came to the office of the Barangay Captain to file a police blotter.
Barangay Tanod (Barangay peace and security officer) Nanao Sahid stated that: "When i ask her what is it that she is reporting, she mentioned that someone is physically abusing her.
So i gave her a police blotter form, but she began to hesitate and didn't write anything on the paper". The police are still investigating the case,looking into every details to find the culprit and to find out its real motive.
