2. The Word of Grace (Esther 6:13, NIV)
13 and told Zeresh his wife and all his friends everything that had happened to him. His advisers and his wife Zeresh said to him, ‘since Mordecai, before whom your downfall has started, is of Jewish origin, you cannot stand against him you will surely come to ruin!’
3. Meditation Contents
The words of Haman's wife, zeresh, reminds me of Rahab the prostitute of Jericho
(Joshua 2:11) When we heard of it, our hearts melted and eeryone’s courage failed because of you, for the LORD your God is Go in heaven above and on the earth below.
This meant that the Babylonians had a general understanding of the Jews.
However, Haman was the king's closest power and acted against this general understanding of the Jews at the time.
He tried to surrender Mordecai's actions in response to his own power with his own power, but these Haman's actions were direct actions to respond to God, and God used the evil deeds.
4. Word application
The fact that I am focusing on is whether my life and the life of the members in the faith church can receive the same understandings as those of Haman's wife, Zeresh.
Of course, such a reputation is the reputation of the people of Israel created by the work of God that began in the Exodus.
What I can get from today's Bible is that I can find goal.
5. Apply Prayer
Thank you, God of love.
I want the direction of my life to be the same as the life of the Jews in the Bible.
