[아시아뉴스통신=조날드 타파난 기자] The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) reported 13 more Filipinos abroad infected with COVID-19, bringing the total tally to 9,569. In the latest case bulletin, the DFA said new cases were mostly from the Asia and the Pacific.
The total number of recoveries is 5,572 while the total tally of deaths is 671. Meanwhile, a total of 3,326 Filipinos abroad are still undergoing treatment. "As reported last night, the DFA has repatriated a total of 115,793 since the first COVID-related repatriation flight arrived from Wuhan in February 2020.
The DFA eyes to safely repatriate an estimated 100,000 nationals abroad within the next two months, keeping in mind the prevention of the further spread of COVID-19 infections in our country," the DFA stated
